Restaurant Experience is Preferred If you do not have a restaurant background, you will be required to hire a General Manager who does.
A Solid Business Background and Good Leadership Skills
Knowledge of the Area you Would Like to Operate In
Have a $250,000 Net Worth and $100,000 in Liquid Assets
